A 24 hour notice must be given for cancellation of any appointment made, otherwise the client will be responsible for payment in full.
In case of emergencies or illness (4 hour notice requsted) exceptions can be made.

If you must reschedule or cancel an  appointment, please notify at least  24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. Failure to show for appointments or to give proper notice to change or cancel, will result in a 100% charge for the service time you reserved.
