  If you are sick I do ask you to reschedule asap, please give me at least a four hour notice this would include:  fevers, sore throats, contagious skin diseases, flu, viruses, Strep and Staph Infections, bacterial, bugs etc. If it is contagious, reschedule! If under doctors care and on antibiotiotics you need to have them in your system for 48 hours before your appointment.  There is no charge for missed appointments due to illness or emergencies with phone calls at least 4 hours before appointment time as a courtesy.   For your health, I will respect you with the same courtsey.

The treatments offered  are generally suitable for persons 13 or older with parental consent. We request that children do not accompany you during your appointment.

To accomodate those with allergies, **PLEASE do not use perfumes, strong after shave or soaps, hair sprays, perfumed fabric softeners, aromatic oils and sprays. As I am  allergic to this. IF possible,  freshly bathed will assist the healing oils absorbtion into your skin.

  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY FOR ME TO SET UP and you to receive your service. WHEN I ARRIVE  example:  FURNITURE MOVED, PETS IN ANOTHER ROOM, , phone calls finished , STAIRS AND DRIVEWAY PLOWED OR SAFE ACCESS IS AVAILABLE TO YOUR HOME.  Unfortunately If I take time to drive to you and upon arrival can not get safely into your residence or you are not ready - - as I have a schedule to keep, I will leave and you will be asked to pay in full for that visit so PLEASE BE READY.....  I will not set up my table to complete your scheduled time for anything less than 30 minutes of your scheduled time.. Example if you are 30 minutes talking on the phone while I wait you will pay for your full hour scheduled, but will only get 30 minutes of bodywork, if less than 30 minutes left, you get nothing but a bill.  Or if I haveto wait for you to move furniture, your service will still stop at the scheduled time.  There will be no service given for any time less than 30 minutes as it is not worth the trouble to set up the table, music, oils, etc for less than 30 minutes... PLEASE BE READY...... I do not want you to be charged in full and not be able to receive your care....  THANK YOU  if you have questions ask..... 
  I know this sounds harsh, but I need to be on time for the next person and keeping a strict schedule helps with this.
  
   For security purposes all outcall massage clients will be asked to fax a copy of their drivers license before appointment.  Thank you.  Hotels generally will do this at no charge for you.
